We have an immediate opening for a Demand Generation Director with a focus on supporting our regional teams and partners. The ideal candidate will be excited by working with a team that has a passion to build technology that improves cybersecurity, and will embrace a workplace built on open communication and true transparency.

Position Summary

Our demand generation efforts have supported the company’s triple-digit growth over the past few years. As we continue to grow out our presence globally – we’re looking for a talented Demand Generation Director to join the team. This role will be responsible for partnering with sales leadership to identify gaps and opportunities in pipeline coverage – and working with the marketing team to execute the campaigns that come out of this. We’re looking for someone with a proven record of strategic planning, channel partnering and field marketing experience – who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves alongside the rest of our small team of doers.

  • Work with sales to identify needs for lead generation, pipeline generation, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Deliver results that support Twistlock’s pipeline creation and coverage targets across multiple sales regions.
  • With the broader marketing team – turn high-level strategies into specific plans for execution – and then execute to plan.
  • Work with Twistlock’s channel and technology partnership teams to identify joint go to market opportunities in our ecosystem – and collaborate with partners to bring these opportunities to fruition
  • Optimize and improve in flight activities and programs via considered evaluation of data on costs and performance to date.


  • 10+ years in a field marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation role
    Provable success partnering with sales teams to build programs that address regional needs
  • Demonstrated track record of engagement with channel and technology partners on go to market activities.
  • Understanding of marketing funnel/waterfall metrics – able to prioritize efforts based on need per region, per quarter.
  • Demonstrated track record of supporting international go-to-market efforts
    Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation technology – from a reporting and executing standpoint both.
